Leeds City Council - Deaf Sensory Impairment Service

This tender relates to a single service in Leeds, which will offer social care and support (in collaboration with LCC Care Management) to three specific groups of service users who have a range of issues related to their hearing loss:

Services to Adults who are Deaf
Services to Adults who are hard of hearing
Service to Adults who are Deaf/hard of hearing and have learning disabilities

Extension terms With option to extend 2 x 12 months
