Leeds City Council Blind Sensory Impairment Service

This tender relates to a single service in Leeds, which will offer social care, support and rehabilitation (in collaboration with LCC Rehabilitation Officers) to three specific groups of service users who have a range of issues related to their vision loss:

Adults who are Blind
Adults who are Partially Sighted
Adults who are Deaf/Blind (Dual Sensory Loss)

Extension terms With option to extend 2 x 12 months
